Friday 17.th Copied from Bibl. Reg. 11. B. II. The portion which con-
nects the copy of ^the Laws in Domit. A. 8. with MS. Gurney. This is
a superb MS., & the Laws in question, with the remainder of the volume
are written in a beautiful round letter, db. col. circ. 1200. this
book formerly belonged to the monastery###### of Worcester. Its contents are:-
1. Exposito super Decreta. small letter. but sec. 12. exeuntis
2. Do ____ in Gratianum. rather later, – large & inelegant letter.
3. On the Canon Law,– fol. 92. with some bulls.
4. fol. 103. The ######Collection of A. Saxon Laws. Incipit, Primus Liber continet, &c.
(just the same as in MS Gurney). This collection ends with Institutio Regis
Uuillelmi, which here follows the Rectitutiones Personar. – whilst in
the MS. Gurney it precedes. Desin: f. 166. b. – non in verborum ob=
servantiis. This is immediately followed by a treatise, ^5. De septem
Miraculis. Then 6. Carmen in laudem Missæ; 7. Odonis Came=
racensis Expositio Canonum altaris et Evangelii; 8. John in Psalmos
This last ^is in another hand – later, – & very bad.
