Tuesday 28th. At Musm. f’m 10 till 4. Mr Petrie came there at
11 oC. & till 4. we contd. Collatn. of Claud. D.2 & 11. B. 2. At Mr
P.’s desire, I gave ^him an ####account of my transcripts of MSS. from
Decr. 22d.16th & received ###from him a Check for the amount,
viz. £40.17.6. — At 4 oC. met my brother, & took ###my
place for tomorrow on the Fakenham coach, which leaves the
White Horse, Fetter Lane at . 6 oC. & is said to arrive at its destination
at 8 in the Ev’g. After dinner I went to Edward St. again, & met
A. G. Spent the Ev~g with her at a house in Lichfield St. Got
home by eleven oC. & then packed up the remainder of my things.
